I believe you are a seeker after truth. Hopefully, the reason you have picked up this book is because you want to know more about what God is like. You have a desire to understand how he chooses to reveal himself to you. This excites me!

As you read this book, picture yourself on an ocean journey, your ship only scratching the surface of a vast depth below. In each of the topics covered in this book, there is an ocean’s depth amount of study and research that could be done. In fact, each topic could rightly deserve its own separate book! My hope and prayer is you will view each section as a primer that will motivate you to expand your knowledge of God in each of these areas.

Let the words of each daily section sink into your life. Stop if you are feeling challenged. Take some time to think about how you can apply these words to your Christian walk.

As you will soon discover, I am a big believer in the Bible. I believe it is the greatest book of all time, and it serves as the foundational starting point for all I have written. In the Bible, Romans 15:18 to be precise, a man named the apostle Paul stated these profound words: “I will not speak of anything except what Christ has accomplished through me.” I have adapted this statement as my motto for writing. In all that I write, I want to be certain it comes from not only my head, but also my heart.

My bold prayer for you as you read is that your mind and your heart will be transformed. I want the thoughts and concepts of this book to make a radical change in your life because they have made an incredible impact in mine!

Finally, let me just say this. I believe the highest form of learning comes through sharing. If you really want the words of this book to affect you, immediately begin sharing its contents with others. Find someone to go through this book with you. Make a decision to not walk this journey alone. I can assure you it will make a huge difference!
